Topowa NextGen is a dynamic mentorship and skills development program by Topowa Youth Mentoring Uganda, designed specifically for Senior Six leavers transitioning from school to real life. It bridges the gap between classroom knowledge and the real world, empowering young people with essential life, leadership, and employability skills.

Over four transformative weeks, participants engage in interactive learning sessions, group mentorship, digital literacy training, and community impact projects. The program helps them gain clarity, confidence, and purpose as they prepare for university, vocational training, or employment.

Topowa NextGen is more than just training  it’s a movement to raise a generation of emotionally intelligent, socially responsible, and purpose-driven youth ready to take charge of their future.
